Collaboration Event with the Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum “The Harmony of Wa~ Experience the Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum and the Omiya Bonsai Art Museum!”  (Until March 31st)

We are holding a collaboration Event with the Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum named “The Harmony of Wa~ Experience the Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum and the Omiya Bonsai Art Museum!”.

During this period, if an admission ticket for either the Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum or the Omiya Bonsai Art Museum is presented to the reception of the other establishment, one can receive novelty items as a present. 

Take this chance to enjoy ningyo and bonsai, both of which are important cultural assets of Saitama City.

1.Event Dates
        From Tue. December 12, 2023, until Sun. March 31, 2024  

【Closed Days】
 ・The Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum: Mondays (excluding January 8, 2023, and February 12th, 2023) and during the New Years Holidays (December 28, 2023, until January 4th, 2024)
 ・The Omiya Bonsai Art Museum: Thursdays and New Years Holidays (December 28, 2023, until January 4th, 2024)

【Opening Times】
 ・The Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum:  9am to 5pm  ※Last admission is until 4:30pm
 ・The Omiya Bonsai Art Museum: (Dec.~Feb.) 9am to 4pm ※Last admission is until 3:30pm 
                                      : (March) 9am to 4:30pm  ※Last admissionis until 4pm

 ・The Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum (Iwatsuki-ku Honcho 6-1-1)
  If travelling via train: 10-minute walk from Tobu Urban Park Line (Noda Line) Iwatsuki Station

 ・The Omiya Bonsai Art Museum (Kita-ku Toro-cho 2-24-3)
  If travelling via train: 10-minute walk from Tobu Urban Park Line (Noda Line) Omiya Koen Station Station
           : 5-minute walk from JR Utsunomiya Line Toro Station 

3.Admission Fee
 ・The Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum: General – 300yen (200yen), High school / university students and persons over 65- 150yen (100yen), Elementary school and junior high school             students – 100yen (50yen)
 ・The Omiya Bonsai Art Museum: General 310yen (200 yen), High School\ University students and persons over 65 – 150 yen (100 yen), Elementary school and junior high school students – 100 yen (50 yen)
  ※Figures in parentheses are individual fees for groups of 20 or more visitors. Admission is half price for a person with a disability certificate and one accompanying person.

4.Novelty Items
 Visitors can receive an Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum B5 clear sheet protector and an Omiya Bonsai Art Museum postcard.
 During this period, if an admission ticket for either the Iwatsuki Ningyo Museum or the Omiya Bonsai Art Museum is presented to the reception of the other establishment, one can receive novelty items as a present.
