The beauty of bonsai is created through the conversation between the art of the grower and the life of the tree.<\/p>\n<div class=\"about\">\n<dl>\n<dt><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonsai-art-museum.jp\/wp-content\/themes\/bonsai2023_2\/img_en\/about\/about_06.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p class=\"title\">Watering<\/p>\n<p>The daily task of watering is of primary importance in nurturing trees. A healthy tree absorbs the water well; however, watering a weakened tree too frequently could accelerate root rot. A grower needs to water properly, ensuring the roots are in good condition by checking the soil daily. <\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl>\n<dt><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonsai-art-museum.jp\/wp-content\/themes\/bonsai2023_2\/img_en\/about\/about_07.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p class=\"title\">Pruning<\/p>\n<p>A bonsai\u2019s form is created by pruning the unnecessary and overgrown branches. However, a grower must be aware that pruned branches can never be restored, and therefore should always keep in mind how he wants the bonsai to appear after pruning.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl>\n<dt><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonsai-art-museum.jp\/wp-content\/themes\/bonsai2023_2\/img_en\/about\/about_08.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p class=\"title\">Wiring<\/p>\n<p>Wiring is applied to form the branches into the grower&#8217;s desired form. It takes a highly skilled artisan to time the wiring of small branches and to wrap the tree without harming it.<\/p>\n<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<dl>\n<dt><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bonsai-art-museum.jp\/wp-content\/themes\/bonsai2023_2\/img_en\/about\/about_09.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/dt>\n<dd>\n<p class=\"title\">Repotting<\/p>\n<p>Overgrown roots can become congested, and old soil can block the air circulation in the pot. To avoid these problems, bonsai need to be removed from the pot periodically, have their roots pruned, and then be replanted in fresh soil.
