Stalls and street performers are depicted in this painting. Amongst them, a gardener can be seen towards the right-hand side with a two-tiered shelf. The main item for sale seems to be cherry blossom plants. A woman is depicted crouching in front of one of these like she is appraising it. As well as cherry trees, there are also what appear to be a willow tree and a spikemoss depicted on the shelf. On the floor, there is a young cherry tree that has been balled-and-burlapped.
